Please note; We do not charge customers VAT. All VAT is paid by OneStopCricketShop.com and is not added on to the price of the goods (i.e. the price of the goods is the same now as before we became VAT registered). If you are VAT registered or can reclaim VAT, you will find details of how much VAT we paid on your goods by refering to your confirmation email. Please do not write to us asking for VAT refunds, as you must apply to Customs & Excise. If purchasing from outside the UK you are agreeing to pay the price listed on the site and not the stated price minus VAT.
Security:As an added security precaution we do not handle your card details as our secure system sends them directly to our card processor 'Secure Trading'. If you have made an error when entering your card details we can cancel your order, however we cannot alter the card details that you have entered as we don't receive this information.

Returns Information:
If for any reason you are disatisfied with your purchase, just return it within 7 days of receipt of shipment, along with the reference number on your packing slip and a cover note explaining the problem. Any item returned must be in a satisfactory condition. A full refund will be applied to your original purchase for the price of the item(s) returned that meet these conditions. Please note that we only accept returns if the goods are returned to us in satisfactory condition, each return will be treated on its merit and it will not affect your statutory rights.
If you are returning items due to error on our part we will be happy to refund reasonable postal charges incurred by you in sending the item back to us. If you are returning goods to exchange for another size, please enclose a cheque to the value of ?2.00 per item, to cover postal charges. Goods should be returned to: One Stop Cricket Shop.com Ltd. When will I receive my goods?
In the UK: Most of the items on our website are in stock, and are normally dispatched within 48Hrs. If your goods are not in stock they should be with you within 14 working days. You can track your goods by login on to your account. Some orders may take up to 21 working days. These times may vary during peak-ordering times and during the cricket season. International Orders: All international orders will be delivered to you directly from the UK, please allow up to 30 working days for your order to arrive. Privacy Guarantee:
We will not rent or sell your name, address, e-mail address, credit card information or personal information to any third party (excluding partners from whom you may have linked to our site) without your permission. If you have purchased from our store, subscribed to one of our newsletters and entered any of our competitions, or advised us of your e-mail address, we may occasionally update you on news and special opportunities via e-mail.
